Yahoo-Microsoft deal status:OK

Microsoft and Yahoo has just received an approval fro U.S and European Union Regulators.

The 10-year deal, according to cnn.com, Yahoo.com and Bing.com will continue their own branding in the search results or SERPs. Their agreement was: let’s say that yahoo.com will say “powered by bing” and in turn, will be responsible for getting premium advertisers, cnn reported

According to the report, Yahoo.com will be paid by Microsoft for 88% of their revenue from the searches.

The partnership will be implemented in the coming days and both companies have set a target to entire all aspects of the deal.
